The oats we have sourced are ELISA tested to ensure purity and quality. They are grown in dedicated fields, harvested with dedicated equipment, and are processed in a facility dedicated gluten free. The FDA ruled that to be considered gluten free, foods must not contain traces of gluten higher than 20ppm. Our oats are tested to less than 10ppm. Anything more and they will not be sold as gluten free!
