White Pine Farms organic kale, dehydrated and ready to use in: soups, salads, dips and casseroles.
- Add dry kale flakes while slow cooking soups, stews, chilies, and other foods with sufficient liquid content.
- For most other applications, hydrate using 1 part dry kale flakes and about 4 parts water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Then simmer 10-15 minutes.
- Add additional water if needed.
