Beef Sirloin Steak from White Pine Farm. The animals are 100% Grass Fed throughout the whole summer and they are rotated to fresh pasture every week. Water is always available only a walk away and sometimes the sand hill cranes come to visit the cattle. All the pasture and the hay they are fed through is certified organic. In the winter they are brought up to a small pasture area where we can easily watch and tend to them daily and it provides some protection from the wind.
These sirloin steaks are large and lean it is considered to be the most savory steak you can buy… but, it’s also one of the toughest. The secret to this flavor-packed steak from a tough cut to a delectable steak is in how you cut and grill it.

We grow certified organic produce and we raise beef on a rotational pastured (that means they always have fresh pasture), Our farm has been in our family since 1944, we have been certified organic for more than 10 years. Dale was raised on a dairy farm in Brown City (Farming is in Dales Blood) and Marian was raised on this farm. We are also the home of CSA Farmers Market and we have an open door policy. People are welcome to visit us and see how we do things!
Marian was awarded the YWCA/ Flint Journal "Women Making a Difference Award" (for her environmental work), the Dr. Gary Price Award for work with the Flint River Watershed Coalition and many awards with the Sierra Club for her work for the environment.
