100% Grass Fed angus/hereford cross, raised organically on our Certified Organic Farm. The animals are rotated throughout the summer so they always have a mixed variety of fresh grass, alfalfa, broad leaf plants and whatever mother nature provides. If thirsty there is always water available to them. They are processed at about 18 months so they are still young enough to be tender.
One of the most tender and easiest to cook roast. I grew up eating this roast one day and having my mothers favorite hash the next which was a combination of left over potatoes, onions and the roast pieces cut small. Cooked together in a frying pan and it was everyone’s favorite.
